What YourLoop does

• A stamp card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, designed by the shop in the dashboard — colours, logo, stamp icon and layout.
• Customers join by scanning the shop's QR code. There is no app for them to install.
• Staff add stamps in a web scanner on any phone, one tap per stamp, and mark rewards as claimed.
• Short notifications to the card, sent to every customer or only to the holders of one card.
• English and Arabic throughout, with a full right-to-left layout in Arabic.
• Unlimited cards, customers and staff accounts on every plan, from AED 149 a month, with a 7-day free trial.

What it does not do

• It does not add stamps on its own. A visit or a purchase records nothing until a member of staff scans the card and taps.
• It does not track where customers are. Any location feature works on the customer's phone, which may show the card near a shop's saved location; YourLoop is not told where the phone is.
• It does not decide whether a notification appears. YourLoop sends it to the card; the customer's phone and wallet settings decide whether it is shown.
• It does not share customers between businesses. A customer's record and card belong to the shop they joined, and to no one else.

Who it is for

• Small businesses that already run, or want to run, a stamp card: cafés, restaurants, salons, car washes, gyms and retail shops.
• YourLoop started in the UAE and works for businesses anywhere. It runs in the browser, with nothing for the business or its customers to install, and the card works wherever Apple Wallet or Google Wallet is available. Plans are priced in UAE dirhams.
