Last updated: [31/07/2026]
YourLoop is a product operated by SaifX For Computer Systems & Communication Equipment Software Design.
1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of YourLoop, a digital loyalty and stamp-card platform available at yourloop.app (the "Service"). The Service is operated by SaifX For Computer Systems & Communication Equipment Software Design, a company registered in Dubai Mainland, UAE under commercial licence number LD-573A49C ("the Company", "we", "us" or "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time in accordance with Section 14 (Changes to These Terms). Your continued use of the Service after any change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Definitions
- "the Company", "we", "us", "our" means SaifX For Computer Systems & Communication Equipment Software Design.
- "YourLoop" or "the Service" means the YourLoop loyalty and stamp-card platform, including the website, applications, wallet-pass functionality, APIs, and related services operated by the Company.
- "Merchant", "you", "your" means the business or individual that registers for an account to use the Service to operate one or more loyalty programmes.
- "End Customer" means an individual who enrolls in, or interacts with, a Merchant's loyalty programme through the Service (for example, by scanning a QR code and collecting stamps or rewards).
- "Subscription" means a paid plan selected by the Merchant that grants access to the Service for a recurring billing period.
- "Content" means any data, text, images, logos, branding, card designs, and other materials uploaded, created, or configured by a Merchant through the Service.
3. Description of the Service
YourLoop is a multi-tenant, software-as-a-service loyalty and stamp-card platform. The Service enables Merchants to:
- design and configure digital stamp cards and reward tiers;
- enroll End Customers via QR code and self-registration;
- record stamp and reward activity through staff scanning and related tools;
- issue and update digital passes that sync to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, reflecting stamp and reward progress; and
- manage staff, customers, and communications within one or more business workspaces.
The Service is multi-tenant, meaning a single user may belong to multiple businesses with distinct roles and permissions. We may add, modify, or discontinue features of the Service from time to time to improve or maintain it.
4. Account Registration & Eligibility
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and that you will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that any staff members or other users you grant access to your account comply with these Terms.
You must notify us promptly at admin@yourloop.app of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
5. Subscription & Billing
Plans. The Service is offered under three subscription plans:
- Basic — AED 149 per month, or AED 1,490 per year;
- Pro — AED 249 per month, or AED 2,490 per year; and
- Business — AED 399 per month, or AED 3,990 per year.
Each plan may be billed monthly or annually. Annual billing is offered at a discount equivalent to approximately two months free compared with paying monthly. The features and limits of each plan are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
Free trial. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start the trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged for the selected plan and billing period.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Payments. All payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By providing payment details, you agree to Stripe's applicable terms and authorize the relevant charges. We do not store full payment-card details on our own systems.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices from time to time. We will give you reasonable prior notice of any price change, and any new price will take effect at your next renewal. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before it takes effect.
Non-refundable. Except as set out in our Refund Policy, all payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable UAE law. Cancelling a paid subscription stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period; your access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.
Taxes. Prices are stated exclusive of any applicable taxes, including value-added tax (VAT), unless otherwise indicated. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase, other than taxes based on our net income.
6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation, including the laws of the United Arab Emirates;
- upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable;
- send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful communications to End Customers through or in connection with the Service;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or the systems or networks connected to the Service, or to breach the multi-tenant isolation of the platform;
- interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service, or attempt to circumvent any usage limits, security, or rate-limiting measures;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent permitted by law;
- use the Service to build a competing product, or resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent; or
- use any automated means to access the Service in a manner that adversely affects its performance or integrity.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any suspected violation of this Section, including suspending or terminating access as described in Section 11.
7. Merchant Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your loyalty programmes and for your use of the Service, including all Content you upload and all activity conducted through your account by you or your staff.
You are responsible for your relationship with your End Customers and for your own End-Customer data. This includes obtaining any consents, providing any notices, and complying with all applicable data-protection and consumer-protection laws in respect of the personal data you collect from End Customers through the Service. As between you and the Company, you act as the controller of your End-Customer data, and the Company processes that data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the rewards, offers, terms, and other information you present to End Customers, and for honoring the loyalty benefits you advertise. You must ensure that your use of the Service, and the communications you send through it, comply with applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and the YourLoop name and logo, and all related intellectual property rights, is and remains the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Service granted under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
You retain all rights in your Content, including your business name, logo, branding, and card designs. You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and process your Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service, including generating and updating Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to upload your Content and to grant the licence above, and that your Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on, and integrates with, third-party services to provide its functionality, including:
- Stripe — payment processing;
- Supabase — hosting, database, and authentication infrastructure;
- Apple Wallet — issuance and updating of Apple wallet passes;
- Google Wallet — issuance and updating of Google wallet passes; and
- Google Maps — location and mapping features.
Your use of these third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the availability, performance, or practices of any third-party service. Any interruption or change to a third-party service may affect the Service, and we are not liable for such interruptions or changes.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any data will always be available or accurate.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.
11. Termination & Suspension
You may cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time as described in our Refund Policy and within the Service. Termination stops future renewals; it does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, that your use poses a security or legal risk to the Service or others, or as required to comply with applicable law. Where practicable, we will provide notice of a suspension or termination.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Definitions, Intellectual Property, Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and any accrued payment obligations — will survive. We may delete your Content and account data following termination in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. You and the Company agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in respect of any such dispute or claim.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
