Loyalty cards for gyms and studios

Attendance is the whole business. A member who trains four times a week renews. A member who stops coming in February cancels in March, and you find out from your bank statement.

A stamp card will not fix motivation on its own — but it puts a visible, physical reason to show up on the phone of every member who signed up meaning to.

How it works at the desk

  1. 1

Your QR code sits at reception or in the changing room. The member scans, enters a name and phone number, and the card is in their wallet.

  2. 2

On each qualifying visit or class, your team scans the card and adds a stamp. Staff do this deliberately at the desk — nothing is recorded automatically.

  3. 3

At the count you set, the reward unlocks. A guest pass, a PT session, branded kit, whatever fits your margins. Claimed, and the card resets.

Why it works for a gym or studio

Run separate cards for separate things: a class-attendance card and a personal-training card, both held by the same member at once.

If you want reward levels, Pro allows them, and they run in sequence — the member completes one ladder, claims it, and starts the next from zero. Nothing carries across.

Unlimited members and unlimited staff accounts on every plan. A busy January costs the same as a quiet August.

Trainers and front-desk staff get scanner-only logins. The member list, the analytics and the billing stay with owners and managers.

Catching the drop-off

This is where a gym gets its money's worth. Pro includes win-back messaging aimed at members who have stopped attending, with a cooldown so nobody is messaged over and over. You can also send or schedule a message to everyone holding your card. Messages can be sent and scheduled; delivery depends on the member's own device and wallet settings, so treat it as a nudge rather than a certainty.

What it costs

AED 149 a month for one location with a 7-day free trial, card required to start. Up to five locations is AED 249 on Pro. Annual is roughly two months free. English and Arabic with full right-to-left layout.

Common questions

Is this a membership or access system?
No. YourLoop is a loyalty and rewards card. It does not control door access or manage membership billing.
Can I reward class attendance?
Yes. A stamp represents a qualifying visit or class, and you decide what qualifies. Your team adds it by scanning the member's card.
What is win-back messaging?
On the Pro plan, members who have not visited within a window you set can be sent a message automatically, with a cooldown so the same person is not messaged repeatedly.
Can members join without giving an email?
Yes. Joining asks for a name and a phone number.
