Restaurant loyalty program
Most of your guests will eat with you once. The ones who come back a fourth time are the ones who pay for the kitchen. A loyalty card is simply a reason to make that fourth visit here rather than at the place two doors down.
How it works in service
- 1
A QR code on the table tent, the menu or the bill. The guest scans, enters a name and phone number, and the card lands in their wallet before the card machine has finished printing.
- 2
Next time they dine, they show the card and your server scans it. The visit is recorded. Your staff do this deliberately, at the table or at the till.
- 3
The reward unlocks at the number of visits you set — a dessert, a starter, a percentage off the bill. Once it is claimed the card resets and the next run begins.
Why it works in a restaurant
Restaurant loyalty tends to fail because the mechanism is heavier than the reward. A plastic card needs a wallet. An app needs a download, a signup and a password, at exactly the moment your guest wants to leave. A wallet pass needs one scan.
You can run separate cards for separate parts of the business — a lunch card and a weekend brunch card, held by the same guest at the same time.
Unlimited customers and unlimited staff accounts on every plan. A large front-of-house team costs no more than a small one.
Servers get a staff login that opens the scanner and nothing else. Your guest list, your figures and your billing stay with you and your managers.
More than one branch
Basic covers one location. Pro covers up to five, and Business is unlimited. Customers and staff stay uncapped at every level.
Reaching guests between visits
Send a message to everyone holding your card and it appears on the wallet pass — a Thursday set menu, a Ramadan iftar sitting. Pro adds scheduling and win-back messaging for guests who have not been in for a while. Messages can be sent and scheduled; delivery depends on the guest's own device and wallet settings.
What it costs
AED 149 a month for one restaurant with a 7-day free trial, card required to start. Up to five branches is AED 249 on Pro. Annual billing is roughly two months free. Full English and Arabic, right-to-left throughout.
Common questions
- Does this connect to my POS?
- No. YourLoop has no POS integrations. Staff scan the customer's card on a phone or tablet using the web scanner — nothing needs to be installed on your till.
- Can I reward visits rather than spend?
- Yes. A stamp represents a qualifying visit, and you decide what qualifies. There is no spend tracking.
- Can one guest hold more than one of my cards?
- Yes. If you run a lunch card and a brunch card, the same guest can hold both at once.
- What do my servers need?
- A phone or tablet with a browser, and a staff login. The scanner installs to the home screen like an app but is not downloaded from any store.
