How it works at your counter

1
Print your join QR code and put it by the till. A customer scans it with their phone camera, fills in a short form, and adds your card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. It takes about a minute.
2
On each visit the customer shows the card. Your staff scan it and tap “Add stamp”. Each tap adds one stamp.
3
When the card is full, the reward is ready to claim, and the card starts again from zero.

Stamps are only ever added by your staff. Nothing is added automatically because a customer walked in.

Why it suits a business in Ajman

Nothing to buy

The scanner is a web page, so it runs on any phone with a camera and a browser. You can add it to the home screen of the phone at the till so it opens with one tap.

One price for one shop

Basic is AED 149 a month for one location. It includes unlimited customers and unlimited staff accounts, so the price does not go up when you get busier or hire more staff.

One tap, one stamp

Staff scan the customer's card and tap “Add stamp”. If someone taps once too many, “Undo” removes the last stamp.

A card that does not get lost

The card lives in the wallet on the customer's phone. If they change or lose their phone, they open your join link again with the same phone number and the card comes back with its stamps.

Your own design

You choose the colours, the logo, the stamp icon and the reward.

What YourLoop does not do

It does not connect to your cashier (POS) system. Staff scan the customer's card as a separate step.
It does not add stamps automatically. A member of staff scans and taps every time.
It does not work offline. The scanner needs an internet connection.
It does not import paper stamps in bulk. Staff move them across at the counter, one tap per stamp.
