Loyalty cards for salons and barbers
A salon lives on the client who books again in five weeks. Everything else is introduction.
How it works at reception
- 1
Your QR code sits at the desk, on the mirror, or on the price list. The client scans, enters a name and phone number, and the card is in their wallet while they settle up.
- 2
After each qualifying service, your receptionist scans their card and adds a stamp. Your team does this on purpose, at the desk.
- 3
At the number you choose, the reward unlocks — a free blow-dry, a treatment, money off the next cut. Claimed, and the card starts again from zero.
Why it fits a salon
Salon visits are spaced weeks apart, which is exactly when a paper card goes missing. A card that lives in the phone survives the gap.
You can run several cards side by side, and a client can hold more than one. A cut card and a colour card are separate ladders with separate rewards, both open at once.
If you want more than one reward level, Pro lets you build them. They work in sequence, not in parallel: the client completes the first ladder, claims it, and the card resets to zero for the next one. Nothing accumulates across levels.
Unlimited clients and unlimited staff accounts on every plan. Add a stylist and your bill does not move.
Your team's logins open the scanner only. Stylists cannot open your client list, your analytics or your billing — those are for you and your managers.
Filling a quiet Tuesday
Send a message to everyone holding your card and it appears on the wallet pass. Pro adds scheduling, and win-back messaging aimed at clients who have not booked in a while — which in a salon is the single most valuable list you have. Messages can be sent and scheduled; delivery depends on the client's own device and wallet settings.
What it costs
AED 149 a month for one salon with a 7-day free trial, payment card required to start. Up to five branches on Pro at AED 249. Annual is roughly two months free. Everything in English and Arabic with full right-to-left layout.
Common questions
- Can I run different cards for different services?
- Yes. Each card has its own stamp count and its own reward, and one client can hold several of your cards at the same time.
- How do reward levels work?
- In sequence. A client fills the first level, claims the reward, and the card resets to zero before the next level begins. Progress does not carry over. Multiple levels require the Pro plan.
- Can my stylists see my client list?
- No. A staff login opens the scanner and nothing else. The client list, analytics and billing are restricted to owners and managers.
- Does the client need to remember anything?
- No. The card sits in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on their phone. They show it, your team scans it.
