Car wash loyalty cards
A car wash is the cleanest loyalty case there is. The purchase repeats on a predictable cycle, the price point is low enough that a free wash feels generous, and your customer is sitting in a car with a phone in their hand for the whole transaction.
How it works at the bay
- 1
A QR code on the sign, the payment window, or the receipt. The driver scans, enters a name and phone number, and the card is in their wallet before the wash finishes.
- 2
Each visit, they show the card and your attendant scans it to add a wash. Your team scans, every time.
- 3
At the count you set, the free wash unlocks. Claimed, and the card resets to zero for the next cycle.
Why it fits
Run separate cards for separate services. An exterior wash card and a full valet card are two different ladders with two different rewards, and the same driver can hold both.
Unlimited customers and unlimited staff accounts on every plan. Weekend staff cost nothing extra.
Attendants get a scanner-only login. Your customer list and figures stay with you.
Several bays or several sites? Basic covers one location, Pro covers up to five, Business is unlimited.
Bringing them back
Send a message to everyone holding your card — a slow Sunday, a post-sandstorm offer. It appears on the wallet pass. Pro adds scheduling and win-back messaging for drivers who have stopped coming. Messages can be sent and scheduled; delivery depends on the customer's own device and wallet settings.
What it costs
AED 149 a month for one site, 7-day free trial, payment card required to start. Up to five sites is AED 249 on Pro. Annual is roughly two months free. English and Arabic throughout.
Common questions
- Does the card work if the customer has no signal in the bay?
- The card is already saved in their wallet and opens without a connection. Your staff device needs a connection to record the scan.
- Can I run a different card for a full valet?
- Yes. Separate cards, separate stamp counts, separate rewards — and one driver can hold both at the same time.
- Do stamps get added automatically when a car arrives?
- No. Your attendant scans the customer's card. Nothing is added without that scan.
- What do I need to get started?
- A phone or tablet with a browser for staff, and a printed QR code at the bay.
