Retail loyalty cards
Printed loyalty cards cost money before they earn any. You pay for the print run, you hand them out, and most of them are in a bin or a drawer within a month.
A card in the phone costs nothing to issue and cannot be thrown away by accident.
How it works at the till

A QR code by the register or on the bag. The customer scans, enters a name and phone number, and the card is added to their wallet.

On a qualifying purchase, they show the card and your team scans it to add a stamp. Deliberately, at the till, every time.

The reward unlocks at the count you set. Claimed, and the card resets to zero for the next run.
Why it fits a shop
You design the card — your colours, your logo, your stamp icon. It looks like your brand in the customer's wallet, next to their boarding passes.
Run more than one card at once if you sell more than one kind of thing, and a customer can hold several of yours at the same time.
Unlimited customers and unlimited staff accounts on every plan. Seasonal hires do not change your bill.
Shop-floor staff get a scanner-only login. Your customer list, your figures and your billing are for you and your managers.
One shop is Basic. Up to five is Pro. Unlimited is Business.
Your customer list is yours
Every customer who joins appears in your list with their name, phone number and their history with you, and you can export the whole thing to CSV whenever you want. Your customers are yours: a shopper who holds a card from another business on YourLoop is a completely separate record, and you cannot see them, nor they you.
What it costs
AED 149 a month for one shop with a 7-day free trial, payment card required to start. AED 249 for up to five. Annual is roughly two months free. Full English and Arabic with right-to-left layout.
Common questions
- Do I need to print anything?
- Only your QR code. The loyalty cards themselves are digital and cost nothing to issue.
- Can I export my customer list?
- Yes. The full list exports to CSV at any time.
- Can another business on YourLoop see my customers?
- No. A customer at your shop and the same person at another business are two entirely separate records with two unrelated wallet passes.
- Does it integrate with my POS?
- No. There are no POS integrations. Staff scan using the web scanner on a phone or tablet.
