Loyalty stamp cards for cafes
The paper card in your customer's wallet is doing one job and doing it badly. It gets lost, it gets washed, it gets forgotten at home — and every time it does, the visit that would have earned a stamp earns nothing.
YourLoop puts that card where nobody loses it: inside Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, on the phone your customer is already holding when they pay.
How it works at the counter
- 1
A customer scans your QR code, enters their name and phone number, and taps to add the card to their wallet. There is nothing to download.
- 2
On their next flat white, they show the saved card. Your barista scans it and the stamp is added. Staff do the scanning, every time — it is a deliberate action at the till, not something that happens on its own.
- 3
When the card is full, the reward is ready to claim, and the card resets for the next run.
Why it suits a cafe
Coffee is the ideal loyalty purchase: small, frequent, and habitual. A buy-nine-get-one card matches how people actually drink coffee, and the reward arrives often enough to feel real.
You design the card yourself — your colours, your logo, your own stamp icon. It looks like your cafe, not like software.
You can run more than one card at the same time. A morning coffee card and a separate pastry card are two different cards a customer can hold at once.
Every plan includes unlimited customers and unlimited staff accounts. You will never be charged more because your morning rush got busier or because you hired two more baristas.
Your team gets three roles: owner, manager, and staff. A barista's login only opens the scanner. They cannot see your customer list, your analytics, or your billing.
Getting in touch with your regulars
You can send a message to everyone holding your card — a rainy-afternoon offer, a new bean landing on Saturday. It arrives on the wallet pass itself. On Pro you can schedule those in advance, and set up win-back messages for customers who have not come in for a while. Messages can be sent and scheduled; whether any given phone displays it depends on the customer's own device and wallet settings, so it is a nudge, not a guarantee.
What it costs
AED 149 a month for a single cafe, with a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial. Two locations or more sits on Pro at AED 249. Annual billing is roughly two months free.
Everything works in English and Arabic, with full right-to-left layout.
Common questions
- Do my customers need to download an app?
- No. They scan a QR code, enter their name and phone number, and the card is added to the Apple Wallet or Google Wallet already on their phone.
- How does a stamp get added?
- Your staff scan the customer's card at the counter. It is a deliberate action every time — stamps are never added automatically.
- Can I run a buy-nine-get-one card?
- Yes. Set the number of stamps and the reward yourself. When the reward is claimed the card resets to zero and the customer starts the next one.
- What happens if a customer loses their phone?
- They open your join link again with the same phone number, and the card is offered back to them with their stamps intact.
