YourLoop puts your stamp card inside Apple Wallet on your customer’s iPhone. They add it once by scanning your QR code, and it stays there next to their bank cards. There is no app to download.
It works on iPhone, and the card also appears on an Apple Watch paired with that iPhone.

How it works on your customer’s iPhone

They scan your QR code
Your customer points the iPhone camera at the QR code on your counter. A short form opens. Nothing is downloaded.

They tap “Add to Apple Wallet”
After the short form, one tap saves your card to Apple Wallet.

The card stays in Wallet
It sits next to their bank cards on the iPhone, and also appears on an Apple Watch paired with it.

Your staff scan it and the stamp appears
On each visit your staff scan the card. The stamp count on the iPhone updates by itself, and the card shows when the reward is ready.
What you can do with a card in Apple Wallet
Send a notification to the card
Write a short message and send it to every customer, or only to the holders of one card. It appears on the phone like any other notification. Whether a phone shows it depends on the customer’s own settings.
Show the card near your shopPro and Business
You can add your shop’s location, and the iPhone can bring the card up when the customer is nearby. The phone does this itself. YourLoop does not track customers or receive their location.
Change the design later
When you change your card’s design, customers get the new look the next time their card updates.
No limits on the basics
Every plan includes unlimited cards, unlimited customers and unlimited staff accounts.
What it does not do
- It does not add stamps by itself. A member of your staff scans the card each time.
- It is not a payment card, and it does not work by tapping on a reader.
- You cannot put the card on a customer’s phone for them. Apple only lets the customer add it.
- The text on the card uses Apple’s own font. The logo, colours and stamp design are yours.
- It does not connect to your till system.
Questions
- Do my customers need to download an app?
- No. They scan your QR code, fill in a short form, and the card is saved to the Apple Wallet already on their iPhone.
- Do they need to install Apple Wallet first?
- No. Apple Wallet comes with the iPhone.
- Does it work on Apple Watch?
- Yes. A card saved on the iPhone also appears in Wallet on an Apple Watch paired with it, showing the stamps and the card’s QR code.
- Does the card update by itself after a stamp?
- Yes. After your staff scan the card, the stamp count on the phone updates without the customer doing anything. The phone needs an internet connection.
- Does YourLoop track my customers’ location?
- No. When a card appears near your shop, the phone itself does that, using the location saved on the card. YourLoop receives no location data.
- How much does it cost?
- AED 149, AED 249 or AED 399 a month, depending on the plan. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A payment card is needed to start the trial, and nothing is charged until it ends.
