The short version

How it works at your counter

Print your join QR code and put it by the till. A customer scans it with their phone camera, fills in a short form, and adds your card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. It takes about a minute.

On each visit the customer shows the card. Your staff scan it and tap “Add stamp”. Each tap adds one stamp.

When the card is full, the reward is ready to claim, and the card starts again from zero.

Stamps are only ever added by your staff. Nothing is added automatically because a customer walked in.

It does not import paper stamps in bulk. Staff move them across at the counter, one tap per stamp.
