More than one reward on the same stamp card
With YourLoop you can put up to 3 rewards on one card, one after the other. For example, a free coffee after 5 stamps, then a free dessert after 10 more.
When a customer collects a reward, their stamps start again from zero for the next one. Multi-tier rewards are on the Pro and Business plans.

How a multi-tier card works
- 01
Set your tiers
Go to Stamp cards and create a card. Under Reward tiers, add a tier, then set the stamp count and the reward for each tier. Upload your logo, choose your stamp icons, colours and design, then click Create card.

Customers collect stamps
Your staff scan the card on each visit. The card shows progress to the current reward, for example 3/5.

Staff give the reward
When a tier is complete, the card shows that the reward is ready. Your staff tap Claim on that tier.

The next tier starts
Stamps go back to zero and the card shows the next reward. After the last tier it starts again from the first.

What it does not do
- Stamps do not carry over. Each tier starts from zero.
- The card shows the current reward only, not the whole list.
- You cannot change the tiers after customers have joined the card. Set them before you share it.
- It is not a points or spending programme. Rewards are based on stamps.
- Stamps are never added automatically. Your staff scan the card each time.
