Refund Policy
Last updated: [13/08/2026]
YourLoop is a product operated by SaifX For Computer Systems & Communication Equipment Software Design.
1. Introduction
This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for YourLoop, a digital loyalty and stamp-card platform available at yourloop.app (the "Service"), operated by SaifX For Computer Systems & Communication Equipment Software Design ("the Company", "we", "us" or "our").
This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to the terms set out below.
2. No-Refund Policy
All payments for the Service are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable UAE law or as otherwise set out in this Policy.
Our 7-day free trial is designed to let you try the Service before you pay. We encourage you to evaluate the Service fully during the trial period. Once your trial converts to a paid subscription, all payments — whether monthly or annual — are non-refundable to your original payment method, except as set out in this Policy. Changing your plan or billing period part-way through a billing period is dealt with separately, under "Plan Changes and Billing Periods" below.
3. Plan Changes and Billing Periods
You can change your plan or your billing period at any time from within the Service. When the change takes effect depends on its direction, and the Service tells you which applies before you confirm.
Upgrades take effect immediately. An upgrade means moving to a higher-priced plan on the same billing period, or moving from monthly billing to annual billing. You are charged for the change straight away on a pro-rata basis. Our payment processor, Stripe, calculates the amount due for the remainder of your current billing period and displays it to you before you confirm the change.
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. A downgrade means moving to a lower-priced plan, or moving from annual billing to monthly billing. You keep your current plan, and everything included in it, for the whole of the period you have already paid for. Your new plan and its rate apply from your next renewal date onwards. Nothing is charged at the point you request the downgrade.
Because a downgrade does not take effect until your current period ends, no part of what you have already paid goes unused, and no account credit arises from it.
A requested downgrade is shown in your subscription settings, together with the date on which it takes effect. You may cancel it at any time before that date, in which case your current plan simply continues as before.
Exception where a payment has failed. If a payment on your subscription has not succeeded, and your subscription is accordingly past due, unpaid or suspended at the time you request a downgrade, the downgrade is applied immediately rather than at the end of the period. In that situation the period in question has not been paid for, so there is no paid time to preserve.
Account credit. Where a change is applied to your subscription immediately and you have paid for time you have not used, the value of that unused time is applied to your account as credit. It is not refunded to your original payment method. Credit may also remain on your account from plan changes made before this Policy was revised.
Credit held on your account is applied automatically against your subsequent invoices for the Service.
If you cancel your subscription while you still hold unused credit on your account, that credit is not refunded automatically. You may email refund@yourloop.app to request a refund of the unused portion, and we will review each request individually, on a case-by-case basis.
4. Free-Trial Cancellation
New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial, which requires a valid payment card to start. You may cancel at any time during the 7-day trial period and you will not be charged.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and your payment method will be charged for the plan and billing period you selected. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the end of the trial.
5. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the Service, through your account or subscription settings. If you need assistance cancelling, you can contact us at refund@yourloop.app and we will help you.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Once you cancel, your subscription will not renew for the next period.
6. What Happens on Cancellation
When you cancel a paid subscription:
- your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again;
- you are not refunded for the current billing period;
- any unused credit on your account is not refunded automatically, as described under "Plan Changes and Billing Periods"; and
- you retain access to the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your paid access will end.
Cancelling during the free trial stops the subscription before any charge is made, so no payment is taken.
7. Refund Eligibility
We only provide refunds where required to do so under applicable UAE law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund on that basis, or you have been charged in error, please contact us so we can review your request. We will also review requests to refund unused account credit after cancellation, as described under "Plan Changes and Billing Periods".
Where a refund is granted, it will be issued to the original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. The time it takes for a refund to appear may depend on Stripe and your card issuer or bank.
